About Me

I’ve always felt the journey to becoming our most authentic selves is one of our greatest challenges as men. It wasn’t until my 30s that I realized much of my identity had been shaped by others’ expectations and desires for me. That realization pushed me to redefine my path, but it wasn’t easy. I was fortunate to have close friends and mentors to lean on, though I know many men don’t have that kind of support. This is why I’m passionate about leading this men’s group—to create a space where men can connect, feel supported, and grow together in authenticity and resilience. Whether through personal struggles, career shifts, or balancing life’s many demands, I’ve learned that growth doesn’t happen in isolation. This group exists to ensure no man has to walk that path alone.
